Melissa is a creative leader who has travelled and worked the globe. She has always sought out opportunities to learn, grow, innovate and cause change in some of the world’s leading organisations.
With over 25 years business experience gained across disciplines including Advertising, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Design and General Management working in London, New York, Wellington and Auckland.
Melissa helped launch the Air New Zealand Air Points programme, developed a subscription based technology product launched in Europe for Microsoft, and developed new products and markets for NZX.
Working with New Zealand companies to integrate innovation into their strategic plans, alongside building the first Australasian business to help executives apply Human Centred Design to the very current problem of job disruption.
