As Office Manager, Deb makes sure the Christchurch office is running smoothly by providing operational and administrative support to our team of Business Strategists.
In particular, she likes to ‘Go The Extra Mile’ by providing world class greeting services to clients and welcoming them with a professional, friendly smile the moment they step through our doors. She is the ‘fun & calm’ before the slaughter!
Deb assists in the delivery of services such as EDISC behavioural profile questionnaires; Survey Monkey to undertake customer and staff engagement surveys; Regonline for event management; and the logistical components of recruitment services.
The Advisory.Works hosts a variety of events, including client workshops, CEO Forums, Networking meetings and Business events. Deb undertakes all the planning for these events, to ensure that all runs smoothly.
